Location: the hotel was near to Ueno, Bunkyo and city centre and Yushima Station and Close to the metro line. The staff was cooperative and good. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven inside the dormitory room were handy: )

I really enjoyed the onsen and sauna—they're open 24 hours, which was perfect for a late-night soak after a long day. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I had no trouble communicating with them in English.

On the flip side, the lockers were a bit small, so if you have big luggage, you might have to leave it outside your pod, which could feel a little cramped. the shoe storage process could be annoying—having to remove my shoes just to get my key was kind of a hassle. though, the experience was worth it!
