The staff, though limited in English, were helpful. The capsule was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. The sauna and public bath were perfect for relaxation after long days exploring nearby landmarks like Ueno Park and Kanda Shrine. While some things could improve, the overall experience was enjoyable and family-friendly.

Location: the hotel was near to Ueno, Bunkyo and city centre and Yushima Station and Close to the metro line. The staff was cooperative and good. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven inside the dormitory room were handy: )

I stayed for three nights with a focus on exploring the local culture, and I was genuinely impressed by this capsule hotel. The cleanliness throughout the facility was great, and the staff, while their English was limited, were always friendly and eager to help. I particularly enjoyed the unique bath and sauna experience included in the price. The location was perfect, with Ueno Park just a short 10-minute walk away, and plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from Ameya-Yokocho Market and Ueno Park, making it perfect for exploring with my four-year-old daughter. The public bath facilities were a highlight, allowing us to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the capsule had a noticeable smell that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Friendly staff and good WiFi added to the comfort, but it’s important to note the mixed reviews on service. it suited our needs for a fun, affordable stay in Tokyo.

I had a great weekend stay! The place is super affordable and in an awesome location near the subway, making it easy to explore the area. I really enjoyed the onsen and sauna—they're open 24 hours, which was perfect for a late-night soak after a long day. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I had no trouble communicating with them in English.
On the flip side, the lockers were a bit small, so if you have big luggage, you might have to leave it outside your pod, which could feel a little cramped. the shoe storage process could be annoying—having to remove my shoes just to get my key was kind of a hassle. though, the experience was worth it!

The staff were friendly and helpful, plus the onsen facilities provided a relaxing experience after a long day. Cleanliness was on point, which I appreciated.
Nothing to improve.
